While not a traditional links in the coastal sense, the course exhibits all the hallmarks of the style — rugged sandy turf, firm and fast fairways, wide angles of play, and an exhilarating exposure to the elements — tempered by tree-lined stretches and strategic water hazards that add variety and depth to every round.
